Wine Training DVD collection
The DVD collection is made up of fifteen, thirty minute episodes.
Ten episodes focus on specific wine varietals (Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier and Semillon among the whites and Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot, Pinotage and Pinot Noir among the reds).
The remaining five covers blending of wine, Method Cap Classique, Noble Late Harvest, Port and Brandy. There are also five bonus tracks on each DVD.
At each farm Mzala explores a new cultivar and he builds his knowledge gradually over the 3 week period. The viewer learns with Mzala every step of the way.

The DVDs are available at some branches of the following retailers: Picardi Rebel, Checkers, Spar(Cape Province),Pick 'n Pay, Midmar, Ultra Liquors and nationally Makro and Liqour City. The suggested retail price per copy is between R150 and R170.
